Colton Ranson
As a Health & Fitness coach at ColtFitness since 2017, I’m dedicated to equipping others with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to enhance their lives inside and outside the gym. I work with diverse clientele of all ages and fitness levels.
My training approach combines effective, knowledge-based programming with tough love guidance. I believe in positive reinforcement and ensuring that life is enjoyed while striving for fitness goals. Programs are tailored to your objectives while safely pushing you beyond your comfort zone.
Building strong client relationships is a priority for me, emphasizing open communication. Together, we’ll establish a solid foundation for success on your health and fitness journey, whether you’re just starting out or continuing your progress.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No, you do not need a gym membership to train with me during our schedule sessions. You are more than welcome to come in early and warm-up or stay after for any other movements I want you to do (IE: Cardio).
No, I only train at the location listed on the “training” tab. This is to ensure my readiness for clients prior and after our schedule sessions. I do not travel to any other gyms or home gyms.
Refund: All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any in-person on online coaching. No exceptions
Cancelation: In-person clients must reschedule or cancel within a 24 hour period prior to their scheduled sessions, or you will be charged the full amount.
Tardiness: You are expected to show up on time and ready to workout. Your scheduled time is the only time you will have to workout with me. Be on time.
Yes! I love coaching groups. This can be a couple or a group of friends. Just reach out to me to set up a single sessions or talk about a plan to continuously do group training
In-Person: I accept all forms of payment: venmo, cashapp, applepay and can send invoices when needed for creditcard.
Online: All payments are process through a 3rd safe party called “Stripe”. The payments are set up on 4-week autopay cycles. I always clarify this with clients and it is in the contract you sign, prior to starting.
We validate tickets for the parking garage up to 2-hours upon your initial visit IF IT IS FOR AN IN-PERSON CONSULT.
Any other visits after, you will be required to pay the gym $25 per month to use unlimited validations. This is due to the prices of parking increasing downtown. This is for ALL members and not just ColtFitness training clients.
If you do not want to pay $25 per month, street parking is $1.25 per hour. Street parking is also free before 8am and after 6pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday and certain holidays are free.
Not a problem! I have worked with all age ranges 6-80 years old. This includes varying athletic ability from no experience in the gym, to people that compete in bodybuilding shows and going through show prep. My goal is to help you feel comfortable in the gym and in your own skin.
Yes! I use your inquiry form, our initial conversation and two questionnaires you fill out prior to starting training to help me make your program. I can work with varying physical limitations, and if we need clearance by a physician that is easy to obtain.
NO, i do not believe in fancy apps. I use everything on google sheets. I like to have all the exercises, reps, sets, weights in front of me to get a full picture of the plan. My goal is to make this process as streamlined for you as possible. You just need to be able to read a spreadsheet.
